Write without
rules:
Journaling should feel like self-care. Not a task. Not a chore. And definitely not something you’re always trying to “catch up” on.
In this workshop, we’re tossing out the rules and pressure that get in the way of enjoying the magic of putting pen to paper.
Whether you’ve been journaling for years or are just starting out, this space is for you. We’ll explore all kinds of journaling styles so you can find what feels good and actually fits into your life—right where you are, right now.
I’ve been journaling since I was 11, and now as a 33-year-old mom, I’ve filled more notebooks than I can count. Over the years, I’ve had to shift how I journal again and again to keep it feeling like a supportive, creative outlet rather than one more thing on my to-do list. And I want to help you do the same.
This workshop is about giving yourself permission to journal in a way that serves you. It’s about letting go of what you think journaling is supposed to look like and discovering how life-giving and joyful it can actually be.
Because journaling isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being honest. Being present. And letting your inner world take up space on the page.
My hope is that you walk away feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, and maybe even a little bit in love with the magic of your own “mundane”.
You don’t need to write every day or have the perfect notebook. You just need a little space, a little curiosity, and a willingness to show up for yourself in a new way.
Let’s make journaling something you look forward to
-
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
